The Arabs continue to harass traffic in the Shomron and Yehuda regions, but attacks and riots in major cities appear to have tapered off... apparently they're suddenly afraid that biting the hand that feeds them (Jewish customers) might have consequences.

Meanwhile, the army and the police are busy thwarting other attacks before they happen, and are occasionally attacked as targets of opportunity. That being said, just because the Arabs aren't successful doesn't mean they aren't trying.

Of note: When she mentions that there are no Arab customers anymore, that is probably because of an order by a military commander in the region banning Arabs from entering Jewish communities.
In sum: The situation continues to be what it is, but we can't barricade ourselves at home forever.
