You need a line chart that is somewhat better than those color GIS ARC Maps from thos higher people. Well here you get good line charts of tribal break down. Easy to understand and work from.
You can look at each area you will be going into and see a good, not great but Good break down of Human Terrain with even some tribal Genealogy in PDF formats.
Do you not like link charts and want a map.. They have it here. No elections this year, but they have a map breaking it down for that.
