I agree but be advised,, All the wimps will gladly support the puppet in the HW and allow, maybe encourage unfretted tyranny.
UW is only successful if the indigenous want and support a change to the current administration.
Without local support, you're just a bunch of mercenaries headed for wasteful bloodshed.
