Some help please, I didn't want to start a new thread and this looked like it was on target...
Could someone explain to me the difference between the grades or makes of steel ie: 440c 50, 57-59 HRC ect ect ect... looking to buy a good quality fixed blade but never did understand what was good and what was cheaply made.
