The Dems bused people from the rest homes, halfway houses, government housing, and assisted care facilities for the mentally handicapped to the last elections here. They handed them cards with candidates to vote for in case they couldn't figure it out for themselves and "helped" them vote, in many cases.
I believe that the election turnout is higher for welfare recipients than it is for middle-class citizens.
