I'm with TS on this one - the Glock is the most (ubiquitous) disposable handgun made. If police administrators/politicians had been a little (make that a lot) less CHEAP and willing to get their guys quality guns and decent training back when most departments were transitioning from revolvers to pistols we wouldn't be forever cursed with the "block". I still remember the 1st generation magazines that wouldn't drop free (please wait a minute while I fumble my mag change so I can get this POS reloaded and get back in the fight) the plastic sights, and highly trained (well - sort of, please refer to previous comment about police administrators and expensive training) LEOs shooting themselves in the buttocks while holstering their weapons.
