From your list of choices I would carry the Sig P226R Tactical. However on hits or Team "functions" I carry the standard SF M9 Beretta with Brigadier slide for the sake of ammo continuity. I shot over 10,000 rds thru my M9 this last Iraq rotation and it performed fine. The cheapo ammo we issued to our Iraqi counter-parts would cause the M9 to function slower, but is still functioned.

Caveat: When I was alone, or with non-Team guys on anything other than a hit I would carry my Kimber Custom... its a little harder walk away from a .45 ACP hole in your chest.

I'm no help on pistols as I'm more dangerous with one if I throw it at you instead of shooting it at you ( slight exageration ).
Remember the old adage "beware of the man with one gun"? He can typically keep the keyhole pretty small.
