I have roughly 2 months to train strictly for that aspect. I'm completely comfortable with my burst strength - it's the muscular endurance that I've been trying to condition and work on prior to my signing. Thus, my suggestion would be to read and comprehend what I'm saying such as, "currently my sister and I are running on average 4 days a weeks for distance, and 2 days a week for some sprint and burst strength work. I'm swimming 4 days a week, and lifting approximately 6," which in itself is example enough that I'm WORKING on endurance. I'm trying to stay thick so I have room to work with. I'd rather end basic at 185-190lbs and in GOOD shape, rather than 165-170 and a scrawny piece of shit.

To each his own, though. We'll see when the time comes how long I last. I don't plan on washing out, chief.
Kid, I went through the SFQC before you were born and just finished four years at the SF Schoolhouse.

I have seen almost every class for the past several years. I think that my comments to you are based upon valid experience, but you are free to choose any conditioning program that you want, including none at all.

Now, you can keep your comments about what I should do to yourself, or find somewhere else to post. My reading and comprehension is probably significantly better than yours, especially given your comportment thus far here. This is our board, not yours. If you had read the posts and advice that I directed you to, you would know who is who here and how to start your tenure on this site. HINT: The way you are approaching it will result in you not posting here much longer.

I am not "Chief", BTW, and you need to check the attitude, right now. No one comes to the SF Pipeline intending to wash out. Many do, regardless of their intent. The rate is significantly higher among those who lip off, lack SA, fail to follow instructions, and do not prepare themselves properly.

Have a very SF day.
