5'8", 140 pounds when i started the Q Course...actually, spent most of my A-team time at that weight...imagine a 75 pound rucksack, full LCE, a weapon with container and a main and reserve parachute attached to a 140 pound body...oh, yeah, it's great to be a natural...you have to run what you brung in SF training and in SF service...

i was 23 years old when i went through SFQC...you are old enough...the question begs, are you mature enough? good luck...it's a hard road, but i found it worthwhile...
