NDD, One of my New Year's resolutions is to take back up some kind of dance, either ballroom or break dancing. My motivation is actually SD-related though - I think it would be a good step to help me be able to train and not puke when I get picked up / thrown. And also just in general for fitness and flexibility, esp break dancing. You've got to have incredibly strong stomach muscles for just about anything they do.

I had 10 years of classical ballet but then switched to competitive swimming as the main thing as a teenager because it seemed more fun and social (not to mention all the slippery cute XYs in Speedo's.)
