Just goes to show - no good deed ever goes unpunished. I've never faced that decision but I don't think I can fault someone for administering the Coup de Grace under the circumstances at that time as I understand them. I'm glad to see the officers on the Court Martial apparently felt the same way. It takes a rare kind of moral courage not to bow to the pressure of a media inspired witch hunt and crucify an individual who apparently thought he was doing the right thing. A felony conviction is enough weight to bear. Has anybody heard anything about the soldier who killed the individual that was burning alive in a vehicle? I don't remember all the details, it's been a while now. Peregrino
