we had everything in place except for the political will...it was very doable...i spent weeks in the SSD working on the PSYOP programs, products, etc...but we had to get permission from the UN for the no-fly zones...and inaction paralysis took over...i was pulled off of working on those projects to go to Somalia...from a winnable situation to something worse...
