Part one sounds very plausible.
As to part two, Obama is not a smart man. He was groomed and handpicked by a cabal of radical academics like Bill Ayres, Bernadine Dohrn, and other left-wing domestic terrorists who were hired as professors after they got out of prison. This includes disgraced SF DA Chesa Boudin's biological mother Kathy Boudin. These are the likely puppet-masters in charge in DC, now.
