Corporate America (the redundancy of that phrase is legion) is in charge. Period. Full Stop.

America is NOT a country.

America is a Business.

Don’t believe me, re-read the Declaration of Independence. Actually read past that whole “we hold these truths” part down to the list of shit that the Land Owners were pissed at the “sovereign” (aka the guy that owned everything in England, of which included the Colonies). Once you skim through that, look at the articles of confederation (you know, the constitution 1.0) and see what they changed in the current Corporate Charter (aka the USC).

Just ask yourselves, how many “laws” are published under the “commerce clause” compared to the rest of the document? Without even doing any research, I would not take a bet against anyone who said that over 50% of the current US Code is filed under the Federal “Government’s” power to “Regulate Commerce”….. what do you think those “lobbyists” are doing….. it’s called a BRIBE!

The second that you look at this “country” as what it is, a Business, everything becomes way more clear.

The “policy makers” are just another advertising illusion to the consumers the same way that the rest of the advertising cabal operate. Even the “news anchors” live by the mantras of “buy my book” and “after these messages from our sponsors”….. When you buy shit, the Owners see this as a “positive feedback impulse” and do more of the same to sell more stuff. The opposite is true. Just ask Budweiser.

The only real up side is, like Box said, we have the Best corrupt government in the world. Results matter, and America is the land of results. The rest of the planet, not so much…….

So, back to the whole “some bribed ‘policy maker’ got caught being bribed and the ‘government officials’ ignored it” stuff. In case you didn’t notice, MLB is in full swing (pun intended) and the NBA Finals are well under way. The Stanley Cup is close to being hoisted above some Canadians who live in the USA, and I’m sure we’re about ready to start talking about the NFL Draft. All of which are more important to the average schmuck than anything some bribed policy maker’s kid did and didn’t get his pee-pee smacked over it.

And quite frankly, I’m OK with it. Our average schmuck citizen is NOT Oppresso. We have nothing to Liber them from……
