also with the EPA (shock, eh?) that is peeling back the notion that Exec Branch Fed agencies can lord over the People by fiat and whim. (West Virginia v. EPA was the previous good one.) Let's see if the black-robed Druids continue to apply this overreach doctrine to several other things that are coming before the Court.
FWIW, the EPA's notion, struck down, of "significant nexus allowed them to determine "waters of the United States" because they were near a ditch that fed into a creek, which fed into Priest Lake, a navigable, intrastate lake."
