In the US, Politics are secondary to sports-ball. The average resident in the USA has zero idea what the USC says about the rules the USG is supposed to follow.

However, ask any random schmuck at a chicken restaurant on a weekend if the last “play-inning-lap-quarter” resulted in a “first-down-and-out-of-bounds-rebound-lap-stop” or “which team has the best record and will play in the playoffs…..” and they will spend the rest of the time you have on the planet explaining why the last call was wrong.

This is NOT a bad thing.

This is a GOOD thing.

The average schmuck is more worried about bread and circus. He doesn’t worry about his next meal. He doesn’t worry about raiding mobs of Vandals sacking his home.

If (and it’s a really huge “IF”) the kids who occupy the district of columbia step out of line enough to disturb the latest round of sports-ball, that same group of schmucks who clearly can comprehend what rules are WILL step in and throw the BS Flags. The children have no real power. The schmucks are just ignoring them playing tag while the game is on…..

Our poor people are OBESE.

We have so much clean water we SHIT in it.

And when the shit goes sideways, the people who worry me, don’t worry me at all…..
