Many have already been living that dual-existence. One thing in conversation with people who live in more rural locales; the other when leaving their bedroom community town and going into the metro-cesspool to swim with those fish for their $$$$ white-collar job. Ask someone who professes "Oh, I'm an Independent" and ask them the last R candidate they voted for. You can look in their eyes and see that 1) they're Dems and 2) they know the charade, and know that you've spotted it, but hope you just move on.
