The CASA-212 lost a main landing gear wheel in the initial incident and subsequently made an emergency landing at Raleigh-Durham International Airport.
Looks like the third passenger fell out after a hard touch and go? The aircraft pilot used the call sign Shady 02 during the flight operations.
Does sound just a little bit shady. Back in the day when I used to see those unmarked Twin Otters flying out by the west end of Bragg some older NCO told me that the spooks were flying them. Didn't think he was talking about a certain ethnic group either, so I just left it to my imagination.
