Last nite while perusing online and TV news I suddenly realized Brandon (et all) need not do anything in the Putin Sanctions column as the American and World "Private Businesses" are for the most part doing the sanctions for him.
1)That's not the transparency I want from Brandon, nor any other World leader
2) Private Bussiness should not be the arbiter of Internation Politics
