Yes, exactly. I've used table salt, but other salts can be used.
My wife has sinus issues, so I also use her NeilMed rinse.
I personally haven't used the Iodine, but several friends are using more for
preventive measures. Thinking is that killing the virus in the nose and throat
will prevent getting tested positive.
