Finally got it under control with Nopal powder and a bit of Zertec.
I have been out and about since this began, never locked down, shake hands, hug, kiss on the cheek ... no distancing, no mask.
Nada over the 2 plus years... I do remember having an irritating cough and some fatigue early in 2020 but that's it.

I've really never gotten "take a day off" sick since 1971. Like you, at the beginning of this, I felt "yucky" for 3 days and had no appetite. I didn't feel sick, just not normal. Don't know if I had a temperature because we didn't have a thermometer since we never get sick. Three days of soup and I was GTG. I also made a point to shake hands with everyone just to make them feel better and less afraid. I'm the dude that's considered "elderly".
