GC, targeting the population, which appears to be the strategic goal of the democratic socialist, has been extremely violent on the west coast, is now a possibility of migrating to NYC via BLM's announcement, stating they would "burn the city down and put blood in the streets", if policing returns to its pass enforcement.
The comments were made by BLM NYC chapter leader to the new Mayor, a former NYC Police Capitan.

Considering all that has occurred and the current political agenda of the DS, how is this not a prime example of Irregular Warfare. State actors encouraging local non-state actors?

ETA: 2007 a manufacture presidential candidate, Ivy League College's
Chinese enrollment and professorship exchange, maybe the open gambit of that influence.
