Don't anyone kid yourselves... there are more than enough republicans standing by to play nice in the event that a 'VP' nomination ever becomes a real thing - Romney is probably loosing his shit that he hasn't had a reason to virtue signal for the media since his last impeachment party

besides - based on everything Ive heard - if the VP assumes during the first half of the term - it counts as a whole term - as a result, Harris would only be entitled to a max of 6 years in office.
if the VPOTUS takes over during the second half of a term - its doesnt count and she could run two more times, blessing the American people with almost ten years of a Harris administration.

wait till midterms - if the dems "hold on" to congress - the chances are good that Biden will be out on his ear and the shit will get real with nothing to stop them

if the dems give up control of either house - I'd expect them to try and goad the right into helping them oust the POTUS
