Easy answer:
You take on 2-3 enablers that are sitting at the CJSOTF so the CSM does not have to deal with them.
knowing you don't have space or a job for them at this time, Your Team Sgt and Senior 18C can come up with something like making them designated drivers.
They can be housed with the interpreters if they are not females for a few weeks.
