My brothers send me hilarious texts, I will be beating them soon.

Topical lidocaine patches tend to work fairly well for this application in my experience, and topical nsaids are also a good option especially if you don’t tolerate oral Nsaids for some reason.
Thanks! She said at least 6-7 weeks if it's not better she'll order an ultrasound. I have been using the topical but she did recommend lidocaine or salon pas so that is on my list

Thanks, I hope you feel better too!

Second what ender18d said about Lidocaine patches and NSAIDS and I believe using an Ace wrap is still acceptable...snug but not so tight as to restrict normal breathing. Helps with the occasional laughing your family will put you through.
Definitely being careful and continue to keep up with my immune system, thank you so much! My brothers are evil...

Tincture of time.

4 weeks for your “bone cloud” to form to heal them, 6 weeks for it to feel “better”

Outside of Ibuprophen, Salonpas 4% lidocaine patches give a fair amount of relief.

Rx patches are 5% and would run you $120 for 4...

Contrast that with $18 for 5. You get the picture.

Do deep breathing exercises so you don’t developed a pneumonia...time my friend.
I got the picture, no need to spend that much. And thank you for the advice about the breathing exercises too.
