Been watching quite a few liberal leaning friends having meltdowns online.
It’s a natural consequence of cognitive dissonance.
They’ll alternate between posting about how the violent Trump supporters assaulted police at the capitol and then post about police at the capitol removing the gates and helping a little old lady down the stairs after she trespassed.
They’re trying to find some way to reconcile the idea that it’s ok for the left to riot, but not ok for the right to riot.
Their totalitarian streak is showing when they look in the mirror, and they can’t process it because they’re the “good guys”.
