Remind me again what Anti-Terrorism law this spawned and signed by WJC that had been hung up in court before this tragic incident?
ETA: Here found it: H.R. 3953 (104th): Aviation Security and Anti Terrorism Act (Like it helped deter 09.11.2001 or provide a road map?)
And lets not forget the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Bombing and FBI investigation of the wrong guy...
