Who exactly would you trust to do that?
I don't see a path that doesn't lead to Civil War. Biden wins: veterans who fought for freedom for other nations will rise up. Trump wins: the radical Antifa and BLM crowd will increase their riots and attacks. Your proposal: Both sides rise up. The best scenario is that Trump wins, the Left goes nuts, and the veterans and other American patriots counter them in organized counter attacks.
Remember, this is almost certainly China supported. Perhaps every Communist country is involved.
