Those in the media that have not left the country will be trying to do so as rapidly as they can and they will be rounded up at the borders and brought back to stand trial for subversion, treason, and sedition.
It may take months to a year or more to resolve all that has happened but, the fighting parts will last days to a week.
Those privileged white college kids that spent their covid summer of love, wearing back bloc, burning shit, and screaming racist profanities at the police will not rise up when faced with the realities of war, and they will not have a school campus or faculty of liberal professors and socialist marxist leaders to return to. Those facilities and the poison that was promoted there may be burned to the ground by patriots, just like they destroyed the history of what made this country unique and different.
It has to start somewhere and it will end somewhere, but they will not be the ones to dictate where and how it ends.

ODNT it is true that they are few and we are many.
However, they have achieved what they have achieved through incrementalism.
They will continue to push for absolute control of government, incrementally.
They seek the uni-party. They are well placed, authoritarian to the core and they must not win.
They control the media, the Universities, Hollywood, social media and much of big tech. They control the WH and they control Congress...they are not that far away from controlling the Senate. Unfortunately, millions of voters, almost 50% support them.
When in power, they will continue to suppress speech and deep six all knowledge of governmental corruption. They appear to have the FBI in their pocket. They are attempting to shame and cancel all Trump supporters. They will push to tax and redistribute in ways that will continue to burden the middle class. They will attempt to crush the petroleum industry.
They WILL go after firearms and ammunition. But, they prefer to pervert the law and make firearms owners overnight criminals. They will drive firearms owners underground and out of the mainstream if they can. I’m convinced that the incremental erosion of our individual freedoms will continue as long as the Democrats (particularly the socialist wing) are in power.
I agree that they are few - but they are a VERY powerful, persuasive and influential few. Thus, I believe that they will continue the incremental approach as it has worked for them thus far.
I suspect that they are aware that any attempt to physically confiscate firearms will set into motion events that they cannot predict and cannot control. Thus, the continued attempts at perversion of the Constitution against firearm owners and manufacturers are in store.
The left will not be dissuaded - this is their religion.
And, I also agree with you that the left will not be the ones to dictate where and how this ends.
