I’m not lawyer either but, yes as well as other interstate crimes and wire crimes.
I have no idea why the DOJ or even states’ DAs are not going after this group and it’s leadership. From the moment it went physical with bike lock attacks and intimidating people with opposing 1A views with threats of violence and actual violence this has been an unlawful group committed to unlawful assembly and crimes committed against society.
We truly have become a nation of pussies!
