That sounds like the plot for one of Tarantino's alternative history movies - I like it.

Michael Madsen is in a lot of Tarantino movies - we could cast him as President Trump. This is a big project so it will HAVE to be an all-star cast. There isn't another member of the SAG that could fill the role of Barr like Harvey Keitel - the penultimate "cleaner" - Keitel is going to really bring the DOJ role to life.
Then of course we need to find a role for Kurt Russel: Death Proof - Hateful 8 - there is no way
"Once Upon a Time Inside The Beltway" get a green light without him in the cast.
Tim Roth gets a role too - after watching Jules Winfield put that gun in his face and says, "
