sounds squared away Gypsy. Make sure she's quarantined for 2 weeks. Give her a basic thermometer and list of symptoms (cough, sorethroat, difficulty breathing, loss of taste, fever) to pay attention to.
Per DC MED guidance, if she shows no symptoms after 10 days then it's very unlikely she has contracted anything. On the flip side, the same symptoms for 2 weeks+ without worsening (i.e. daily runny nose, sore throat) suggests different etiology
