The same type of drunken bar fly that a Fort Bragg Paratrooper living in the 1980's would have found at the Apex, or the Fire Fly, or the Dragon Club, or the Shady Lady, or the Sugar Shack, or any of the other uncharacteristically classy Fort Bragg establishments...
It does cause a chuckle when a post ends with " I stay away from bars these days..."
