Regardless the links are important to see so even dead or sleepers must be included in order for the links to be established since we know that leaderless organizations are led by influence and common goals
When we consider how Generals are appointed and confirmed by the bipartisan Senate...it is no suprise their are so many leftist Generals still pushing the left agenda within DoD
