Tough to beat, definately, but I'll submit my own championship winning performance of when life was more simple: I won the open 400m and ran the anchor leg to win 1600m relay to push my high school track team into it's 2nd consecutive State Championship title. Granted, an 11 year olds atheletic acheivement may be more moving, but I didn't win much of anything until high school.
