Rather than confine then deport the worst of the criminal illegal aliens, transfer them to facilities in California.
Then, release them on their own recognizance and order them to appear at a deportation hearing later.
Inform them that California is a sanctuary state, and other places may not be.
Let the natural consequences run their course.
