I was commenting on the double standard of the law as well as special treatment of the hollyweird elite vs you and I. Seems to me famous people would be smart enough to know hackers are going after them and keep photos like that in a place where they could not be found ie a hard drive off line. I could care less if they send nude photos back and forth none of my business.
Would an FBI team be right on the case if it was your computer to get hacked? I doubt it.

You can't talk about double standards when you haven't bothered to even try to understand what happened.
If your intimate photos, along with intimate photos of dozens of your colleagues, were stolen and sold to a porn site, where they received millions of views, then yeah, the FBI might get involved.
