Concur on the spring issue. I’ve had mags loaded for close to since time began and they still worked. Last time my Benneli Super 90 got fired no problem after having seven shells stuffed in the tube for well since it was invented.
As far as detachable mags go I think I have all could ever need but maybe I’ll buy ten more if the price is right.
