I never drink but I would not go into a bar without a CC.
In the distant past the only time I was going to get my face pushed in was when I was sitting in a bar minding my own business but then out of the blue, someone didn't like the way I looked. It would be hard not to draw down on a drunken boozer even considering the possible outcomes. So I just stay away.
