Bavaria is a whole different place compared to those areas in the North, or East. Kind of like the South here in the States. A little more conservative than the Northern Folks. The problem is that no one wants to take a stand in their Government against those types of factions in their country. They don't want to be labeled as a "Nazi", or "Racist", or "Insensitive" ...basically, they have become "Pussified"....
