There have been no serious consequences for the last several people who compromised their integrity and stole classified info.
If they had strung up precious little Bradley Manning, instead of letting him out early, giving him special benefits to support his transformative surgeries, and given the Hildabeast a couple of decades in confinement, there might be some apprehension about stealing classified.
As it is, you are more likely to be punished for failing to initial off on the safe opening form than for stealing large quantities of classified data.
There need to be consequences. Then people might take this more seriously.
