NO NO NO NO, A Thousands Times NO. It's called the 1st Amendment in America, and shit like this will take it away from you.

The need to catch bad guys is much easier if they are not hidden, and are not using means that the good guys don't have access to. .

Hunt then, Kill then, Don't hide them..
