Everything I know about the law I learned from the movies - if he has an immunity agreement doesn't that mean he can't incriminate himself? At least not for the crimes covered in the immunity agreement.
If JW doesn't have the immunity agreement I guess they can't tell what's included in it but it seems there would be some questions they asked for which he had been granted immunity.
Is there any recourse if they find he used the 5th just to avoid answering the question when he already had immunity?
Any real lawyers out there with opinions?
