Found the problem...... I was looking in the wrong places. The firing pin was jammed and I mean jammed, it would not move. It was jammed in the forward position so it was catching the round as it was loading /feeding and jamming it in the chamber at an odd angle. Took it apart, cleaned it, reassemble, works like a charm!

Will tear down the others and clean out the firing pin shafts before firing again.
