There are a lot of people that still don't realize that there are three classes of people as to how they need to be dealt with.

1. Those that you simply can talk to and they understand what you are saying.
2. Those that you have to raise your voice at in order to make them actually hear and understand what it is you are trying to convey to them.
3. Those that you simply have to take behind the woodshed and have some personal interaction with.

Sometimes...ideas simply don't work!
