It ain't rocket science. If you hand feed a wild animal it will return for more handouts, why hunt at that point?
I believe in a welfare program, with a time limit. And if the recipients are able then they are working.
I grew up on welfare, it sucks. If you can use an EBT card without any regret then you've become a leech and not someone that just needs a hand up. I believe we have millions of leeches.
