Were is the community discipline, where are the elders, advising the younger, to toe the line, or there will be repercussions dished out by the community.

The Mariel boatlift was a mass emigration of Cubans, who departed from Cuba's Mariel Harbor for the United States between 15 April and 31 October 1980. 125,000 Cubans came to America, very little problems.
I know I was one of the US military assigned to watch them until they were all sorted out.
The islam followers and muslims are a totally different story, expect the rapes, and no go areas, and yes they are coming to America too.
