Might be hard to prove he was drinking on the job. Easy to prove that he was getting treatment when he was fired. BUT he is the USC coach and he wasn't doing great.

This could go either way, which definately points to a settlement at less than the $12M that Sark wants but significantly more than the $0.0M that the university wants.

I think that Sark is going to get his contract buyout after all. But we'll see.
