No, because he still refers to the hordes invading Europe as refugees. He also still thinks that Assad is the major problem and that there is such a thing as a moderate element to this opposition.
I think that they will make lots of pretty speeches and end up running in the opposite direction. A pretty speech merely to get them back into the fray to pursue their other agenda.
Sure they'll try and keep Daesh at bay much like one would keep a firebreak under control. The aim is to achieve another Libya and we all know how that has turned out.
