Friend, I'm getting to the point in life where I regret opportunities lost more than mistakes made, and from that perspective, let me give you some advice.
Take pride in what you have done, forget the excuses, and use the time you have to do more things you can be proud of; don't try to tear down what other men have accomplished because you didn't, no matter what the reason.
Believe me, it's the only way you're going to be able to live with yourself and be worth a damn for the rest of your life.
